What is advanced recycling?
Advanced recycling converts plastic waste into its molecular building blocks for the purpose of creating new, high-quality materials. Advanced recycling minimizes it's environmental harm, and offers a sustainable alternative to conventional recycling methods. It not only reduces the burden of plastic waste but also supports the transition to a circular economy where plastics are continually reused, extending their lifecycle and reducing their environmental footprint.
Why is advanced recycling is needed?
The global plastic waste crisis is a growing environmental challenge with profound consequences. Each year, millions of tons of plastic waste end up in landfills and oceans, causing irreversible harm to ecosystems, wildlife, and human health. Conventional recycling methods are often inefficient, and unable to process the vast amounts of plastic waste generated. Moreover, many plastics are difficult to recycle through traditional mechanical means, leading to increased accumulation in our environment.

We work directly with companies, cities and governments to divert plastic waste from landfills, oceans and waterways, and use our proprietary pyrolysis process to convert them into ultra clean feedstock for the circular economy.

Products

Virgin plastic feedstock, naphtha, base oils, waxes, styrene oil, and fuel oil blend stock.

Emissions

Our modular systems have an ultra low emissions rate of 7.1 kg per MT and undetectable VOC levels.

The off-gasses from our process are C1-C6 and are converted to CO2 and water via our patented off-gas filter.

On larger systems (15+ tons per day) a percentage of the off-gasses can be recaptured and run through generators to offset an average of 20% of the energy needed for conversion.
